CLO.NZ collects information you submit through the website and product, including contact details such as your email address, optional business context, account profile details, workspace invitation details, and any phone number you choose to provide for account security or operational notifications.
How we use it
We use this information to manage launch interest, operate the CLO.NZ service, verify account access, send password reset or account security messages, review early-access fit, and contact you about the CLO.NZ product or your account.
How long we keep it
We keep records for as long as they are operationally useful for launch communications, product discovery, account operations, customer support, security verification, and legal or compliance needs, unless you ask us to remove information that we are not required to keep.
Third-party providers
CLO.NZ uses third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, database, queue, cache, email delivery, and communications delivery. Those providers may process your data on our behalf in order to operate the service.
SMS and text messaging
If you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from CLO.NZ, we may send transactional messages such as one-time passcodes, account verification codes, password reset verification, and other security or operational account alerts. Message frequency varies by your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. CLO.NZ uses communication providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf and to operate account-security and service notification workflows.
