You may use the CLO.NZ website and waitlist flow for lawful business purposes only. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit misleading or unauthorized information.

Pre-launch status

CLO.NZ is currently pre-launch. Product descriptions, launch timing, features, and access criteria may change as the service is developed.

SMS terms and notifications

CLO.NZ may send transactional text messages related to account access, identity verification, password reset verification, login security, and important service operations when you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive such messages.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account events. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive transactional SMS is not a condition of purchasing any CLO.NZ product or service.

Joining the waitlist or requesting access does not guarantee admission to the founding cohort, a production account, or any specific launch date.
